Committees

Interested in getting involved in your community but want to focus on one (or two) areas? We are always looking for the participation of our residents to ensure success at protecting and representing the interests of our residents! See our list of committees below to find one that fits your skills and interests to help make a difference in your community! You do NOT have to be on the board to participate. Once you find a committee that interests you, reach out to the committee chair, attend the next HOA meeting, or send an email to [email protected].

Architectural Review Board

​Review building requests from homeowners to ensure they fit within the covenants and restrictions within each community.

Community Advocacy

Interact with local law enforcement agencies, city council, and the school board to advocate for the community, as well as identify courses of action and resources available for homeowners to engage in resolving issues impacting our community.​

Communications Committee

Maintenance Committee

Coordinate the newsletter, website, and email communications to keep the general community informed about association business.

Ensure the neighborhood stays looking its best by inspecting community common areas and affixed items, such as lighting, neighborhood signs, and landscaping.

Executive Committee

Take action on behalf of the association if an emergency arises between meetings and the Board of Directors cannot be assembled. Study the long-range needs of the community and make recommendations of plans and actions.

Community Outreach

Plan events and activities, as well maintain decorations throughout our communities, to encourage and develop a strong sense of community.

Audit Committee

Rotating three-member auditing committee consisting of community members with accounting or bookkeeping experience to assist in the review of the association's financial records ahead of the annual meeting.
